OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Puchasing Department has guaranteed the best level of performance to all the brands & subsidiaries of the P&V Group since 2004.

3 guidelines improving procurement in France and abroad consistent with both needs and means:

  • A central team is located in Paris & Rotterdam to integrate all different European approaches,  
  • All the different needs of the P&V Group are taken into consideration during the tender process,
  • All measures are taken to apply contracts & frame agreements.

OUR STRATEGY

To optimize collaboration between our suppliers, purchasers and brands, the Purchasing Department has set up a strategy based on :

  • An organised, structured, innovative and flexible Purchasing Department for clear objectives and priorities for an annual purchasing plan.
  • Our team, present wherever we are doing business, is working hand in hand with every department of each brand to set up contracts and frame agreements based on concrete specifications.
  • Building strong relationships with our partners with the help of advanced I.T. tools.

PURCHASING INFORMATION SYSTEMS

We have chosen 3 high performing purchasing databases:

  • ARIBA e-procurement tool for the P&V Group
    (Pierre & Vacances, Maeva, Hôtels Latitudes, Résidences MGM, Adagio).
  • JDE One World and Fidélio (Food & Beverages) for Center Parcs.

KEY FIGURES
